New Patients Welcome at Harmony Natural Wellness
At Harmony Natural Wellness, we warmly welcome new patients from Vancouver, Tumwater, and communities across Washington who are ready to explore naturopathic and functional medicine. Whether you are looking for answers to a chronic health concern or simply want to feel your best, our naturopathic physicians will take the time to understand your story and build a personalized plan to help you heal.
What New Patients Can Expect
Starting naturopathic care with us is more than an appointment. It’s the beginning of a partnership focused on your long-term wellbeing. Your first visit is a comprehensive, unhurried conversation about your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, stress, and goals. This in-depth approach allows us to see patterns that are often missed in shorter conventional visits.
Our naturopathic doctors combine evidence-informed natural therapies with compassionate, individualized care. Our goal is always to address the root causes of your symptoms rather than simply masking them. You’ll find a calm, welcoming environment where your questions are encouraged and your health is the priority.
Your First Visit, Step by Step
- Schedule your appointment. Choose your preferred provider and book online through our appointments page or call (971) 319-4355 - Vancouver Office or (971) 319-4355 - Tumwater Office .
- Complete your intake. You’ll receive intake forms and access to our secure patient portal before your visit.
- Meet with your doctor. Your initial consultation typically lasts about 60 minutes and can take place by telehealth or in person at our Vancouver or Tumwater office.
- Testing, if needed. Your doctor may recommend conventional labs or advanced functional testing, such as hormone, digestive, or nutrient panels.
- Receive your personalized plan. We’ll review your results and create a treatment plan that may include nutrition, lifestyle changes, supplements, botanical medicine, or prescriptions when appropriate.
- Ongoing follow-up. Regular follow-up visits help us track your progress and adjust your plan as your body responds.
What to Bring to Your First Appointment
To help us get a clear picture of your health from the very start, please have the following ready:

- A list of current medications, supplements, and dosages
- A summary of your main health concerns and how long you’ve had them
