What We Do
Harmony Natural Wellness is a primarily telemedicine practice with a whole-body approach to care. We combine nutrition, lifestyle medicine, botanical and nutrient therapies, and cutting-edge laboratory testing to understand how your body’s systems are working together. Rather than treating one symptom at a time, we look at the whole person to discover why you are feeling unwell and what your body needs to heal.
Many of our patients come to us after years of being told their labs are “normal” while they continue to struggle with fatigue, digestive trouble, hormone imbalances, poor sleep, or mood changes. We take the time to listen, review your full health history, and order advanced testing when it can provide meaningful answers. From there, we create a plan that fits your life, your goals, and your budget.
In-person visits are available on an as-needed basis at our clinic locations in Vancouver and Tumwater, Washington. For most follow-up care, you can meet with your doctor from home, which makes consistent, ongoing support easier than ever.

Our Approach to Care
Naturopathic medicine is guided by the belief that the body has an innate ability to heal when the obstacles to health are identified and removed. At Harmony Natural Wellness, that philosophy shapes every visit:
- We treat the root cause. Symptoms are signals. We work to understand what is driving them rather than covering them up.
- We treat the whole person. Your nutrition, sleep, stress, hormones, digestion, and environment are all connected.
- We use evidence-informed therapies. Our plans can include nutrition, targeted supplements, botanical medicine, lifestyle changes, and conventional prescriptions when appropriate.
- We partner with you. Education is central to our care, so you understand your body and feel confident in your plan.
- We coordinate with your other providers. Naturopathic care can complement the care you already receive from your primary care doctor or specialists.
Convenient Telehealth and In-Person Visits
We know busy schedules and long drives can make it hard to get the care you need. That’s why most of our visits take place through secure telehealth, so you can grab a cup of tea and meet with your doctor from the comfort of your own couch. When a physical exam or in-person visit is helpful, our Vancouver and Tumwater offices are available Monday through Friday. New patients can learn what to expect on our New Patients page, and we accept many major insurance plans.

Frequently Asked Questions About Harmony Natural Wellness
What is a naturopathic physician?
A naturopathic physician is a doctor trained in both conventional medical sciences and natural therapies. Naturopathic doctors focus on identifying the root cause of illness and use nutrition, lifestyle medicine, botanical medicine, supplements, and, when appropriate, prescription medications to support healing.
Where are your offices located?
Harmony Natural Wellness has two clinic locations in Washington: 1112 Daniels St, Suite 102A in Vancouver, WA, and 344 Cleveland Ave SE, Suite F in Tumwater, WA. Both offices are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Do you offer telehealth appointments?
Yes. We are primarily a telemedicine practice, so most visits can be completed securely from home. In-person appointments are available as needed at our Vancouver and Tumwater offices.
What conditions do you treat?
We commonly help patients with hormone imbalances, digestive disorders, autoimmune disease, chronic fatigue, anxiety and depression, blood sugar concerns, menstrual disorders, sleep problems, and healthy aging goals.
How is your approach different from conventional medicine?
Our visits are longer and more in-depth, and our goal is to find out why symptoms are happening rather than only managing them. We often use advanced functional testing and combine natural therapies with conventional treatment when appropriate.
Can I keep seeing my primary care doctor?
Absolutely. Naturopathic care works well alongside your existing medical care, and we are happy to coordinate with your primary care provider or specialists.
How do I become a patient?
You can request an appointment online or call (971) 319-4355. Our team will help you choose the right provider and schedule your first visit.
