Dr. Diane Grise
Naturopathic Physician
Dr. Diane Grise is a naturopathic physician, licensed in both Washington and Arizona, with over 12 years of experience helping patients reclaim their health. She specializes in the integrative treatment of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, and insomnia. Additional areas of focus include the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders, hormonal imbalances, and autoimmune disease. Central to her work is nervous system regulation, and she approaches each patient holistically, aiming to identify and address individual root causes rather than simply manage symptoms.
Dr. Diane completed her undergraduate studies at Indiana University-Bloomington before earning her doctorate in naturopathic medicine at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine (now Sonoran University of Health Sciences). She is among the most highly trained homeopathic doctors in the United States, having completed an esteemed second-year homeopathy-focused residency under the supervision of Dr. Stephen Messer, ND.
She is an active member of the National Center for Homeopathy, the Arizona Naturopathic Medical Association, and the Arizona Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Diane also serves as adjunct clinical faculty at Sonoran University of Health Sciences, where she mentors and supports the education of the next generation of naturopathic physicians.
When she’s not seeing patients, Dr. Diane enjoys hiking in the forest and desert as she splits time between Washington and Arizona, trying new recipes, and spending time with her rescue dog, Ruby, her partner, Maggie, and their loved ones.
