Dr. Harmony Layne
Naturopathic Physician
Dr. Harmony Layne Wiest (professionally known as Dr. Harmony Layne) is a board-certified naturopathic physician dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal health and wellness through individualized treatment plans and patient-centered education. She completed her four-year doctoral program at the oldest naturopathic medical school in the United States, the National University of Natural Medicine in 2013 in Portland, Oregon.
Originally from Austin, Texas, Dr. Layne graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Foods from Texas State University. Her strong belief in the foundational role of nutrition and the body’s innate healing capacity led her to pursue a career in naturopathic medicine.
Dr. Layne’s clinical practice focuses on women’s and men’s hormone therapy, medical weight loss, naturopathic gastroenterology, and functional and nutritional medicine. She has extensive experience working with patients experiencing hormonal imbalances, thyroid and adrenal disorders, blood sugar dysregulation, autoimmune conditions, chronic fatigue, anxiety and depression, sleep disorders, and concerns related to preventive and environmental medicine.
Dr. Layne is passionate about identifying the root cause of illness and supporting long-term health outcomes. She emphasizes patient education and empowerment, encouraging individuals to take an active role in their healing process and overall well-being.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, staying active, getting creative in the kitchen, traveling, and exploring all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
