Insurance coverage varies by provider and individual plan. Patients are encouraged to verify their benefits directly with their insurance company prior to their appointment.
Please note that network participation is provider-specific. While many of our providers are in-network with the insurance plans listed above, Dr. Maggie is a cash-pay-only provider and does not bill insurance.
Cash-Pay Rates
For patients without insurance, those with out-of-network plans, or those working with Dr. Maggie, we offer a 20% discount off our standard visit fees when payment is made in full at the time of service.
Current self-pay rates are:
- New Patient Visit: $300
- 15-Minute Brief Follow-Up: $95
- 30-Minute Follow-Up Visit: $175
- 45-Minute Follow-Up Visit: $225
- 60-Minute Follow-Up Visit: $275
