Insurance coverage varies by provider and individual plan. Patients are encouraged to verify their benefits directly with their insurance company prior to their appointment.
Please note that network participation is provider-specific. While many of our providers are in-network with the insurance plans listed above, Dr. Maggie is a cash-pay-only provider and does not bill insurance.
Self-Pay Visit Fees
We offer transparent, time-based pricing for patients who are paying out of pocket or receiving services not covered by insurance.
Office visits are billed at a rate of $380 per hour, charged in 5-minute increments based on the time spent providing your care. This approach allows us to tailor each visit to your individual needs while ensuring fair and accurate billing.
